Zinder Provider Agreement

Last Updated: October 24, 2026

This Provider Agreement governs access to and use of Zinder by individuals and businesses that offer automotive-related services through the platform.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

This Provider Agreement governs access to and use of Zinder by individuals and businesses that offer automotive-related services through the platform.

By creating a Provider account, submitting a Provider application, selecting the agreement checkbox, or using Provider features, the Provider agrees to this Provider Agreement, the Zinder Terms of Service, and the Zinder Privacy Policy.

2. About Zinder

Zinder Service LLC operates a technology marketplace that helps customers discover and communicate with independent automotive service providers.

Zinder does not perform automotive repair, maintenance, towing, detailing, inspection, roadside, or other automotive services.

Unless Zinder expressly states otherwise in writing, Zinder is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and Provider.

3. Independent Business Relationship

The Provider operates an independent business.

The Provider is not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of Zinder.

The Provider independently controls whether to accept requests, the Provider's schedule, service area, pricing, tools, supplies, workers, subcontractors, and method of performing services.

Nothing in this Agreement guarantees the Provider any request, customer, work, revenue, or income.

The Provider may provide services outside Zinder and may use other marketplaces.

4. Eligibility and Account Information

The Provider represents that:

  • The Provider has legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
  • All names, business details, contact information, service information, and uploaded documents are accurate.
  • The Provider will maintain current information.
  • The Provider will protect account credentials.
  • The Provider will not impersonate another individual or business.
  • The Provider will not create accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

5. Licenses, Permits, Registrations, and Compliance

The Provider is responsible for identifying and maintaining all licenses, permits, business registrations, tax registrations, and other authorizations required for the services offered and the locations served.

The Provider must comply with applicable federal, state, county, and local laws.

A Zinder verification badge only represents the specific information Zinder states it verified. It is not a guarantee of quality, legality, safety, or future compliance.

6. Insurance

The Provider is responsible for maintaining insurance appropriate for the Provider's business and services.

Depending on the services offered, this may include commercial general liability, garage liability, garagekeepers coverage, commercial auto coverage, workers' compensation, or other applicable coverage.

Zinder may request evidence of coverage and may suspend Provider access if required evidence is missing, inaccurate, or expired.

Zinder does not guarantee or insure the Provider's work.

7. Services and Professional Standards

The Provider agrees to:

  • Perform services professionally, honestly, safely, and lawfully.
  • Use appropriate tools, parts, equipment, and personnel.
  • Avoid unauthorized services or repairs.
  • Protect customer vehicles, property, and information.
  • Clearly communicate delays, cancellations, or material changes.
  • Keep the service location reasonably clean and safe.
  • Provide invoices, receipts, disclosures, and records when required.
  • Refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, or unsafe conduct.

8. Service Listings and Pricing

The Provider is responsible for the accuracy of service descriptions, availability, estimated prices, final quotes, parts descriptions, taxes, and additional fees.

The Provider must not use misleading prices or hidden fees.

Before materially increasing an accepted quote, the Provider must explain the change and receive customer approval.

Zinder may remove or suspend inaccurate, deceptive, prohibited, or misleading listings.

9. Customer Requests and Quotes

A customer request is not a promise or guarantee of work.

The Provider may accept or reject requests subject to platform rules.

The Provider is responsible for reviewing the customer's information and determining whether the Provider can safely and lawfully perform the requested service.

The Provider must provide truthful quotes and communicate any important limitations.

10. Lead Fees and Provider Charges

Zinder may charge Providers lead fees, subscription fees, or other clearly disclosed platform charges.

Before a Provider accepts a chargeable request, Zinder will display the applicable fee or explain where the current fee can be found.

By confirming a paid action, the Provider authorizes the disclosed charge.

Fees, credits, refunds, failed payments, disputes, and chargebacks are governed by the applicable Zinder billing and refund policies.

11. Parts, Workmanship, and Provider Warranties

The Provider is solely responsible for parts, labor, workmanship, service quality, and warranties offered by the Provider.

The Provider must accurately disclose whether parts are new, used, remanufactured, original equipment, or aftermarket when that information is material.

Zinder does not provide a warranty for Provider services unless Zinder expressly offers a separate written warranty.

12. Employees, Helpers, and Subcontractors

The Provider is responsible for all employees, helpers, subcontractors, and other persons performing services through the Provider account.

The Provider is responsible for their conduct, qualifications, compensation, taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.

The Provider must not allow an unauthorized or unverified person to use the Provider account.

13. Customer Information and Privacy

The Provider may use customer information only to respond to a request, perform the authorized service, communicate about that service, process lawful business records, and meet legal obligations.

The Provider must not:

  • Sell customer information.
  • Use customer information for unrelated marketing without valid consent.
  • Harass customers.
  • Publicly disclose customer addresses, phone numbers, VINs, photos, messages, or other private information.
  • Retain sensitive information longer than reasonably necessary.
  • Provide account access to unauthorized individuals.

The Provider must maintain reasonable safeguards for customer information.

14. Reviews, Ratings, Levels, and Ranking

Zinder may collect and display customer reviews, ratings, response metrics, completion metrics, cancellation rates, verification status, Provider levels, and other marketplace information.

Zinder may investigate and remove fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, or policy-violating content.

The Provider must not purchase, create, exchange, or manipulate reviews or platform activity.

Rankings, levels, and badges do not guarantee quality, future placement, or customer selection.

15. Platform Circumvention and Abuse

The Provider must not misuse customer information obtained through Zinder to evade a fee associated with the specific request through which the information was received.

The Provider must not create duplicate accounts, fake requests, false transactions, or other activity intended to avoid charges or manipulate the platform.

This section does not prohibit the Provider from independently operating the Provider's business or serving customers acquired outside Zinder.

16. Taxes

The Provider is responsible for determining and paying all income, self-employment, sales, use, payroll, and other taxes associated with the Provider's business and services.

Zinder does not provide tax advice.

17. Complaints and Service Disputes

Service disputes are primarily between the customer and Provider.

Zinder may facilitate communication, investigate platform-policy violations, or take account action, but Zinder is not required to determine technical repair liability or resolve every dispute.

18. Suspension and Termination

Zinder may restrict, suspend, or terminate Provider access for reasons including:

  • Fraud or deceptive conduct
  • False documents or information
  • Unsafe or illegal activity
  • Serious or repeated customer complaints
  • Misleading pricing
  • Review manipulation
  • Misuse of customer information
  • Unpaid platform charges
  • Expired required documentation
  • Violation of this Agreement or other Zinder policies

The Provider may stop using the platform, subject to unresolved requests, outstanding balances, investigations, and lawful record-retention requirements.

19. Disclaimers

Zinder provides a technology marketplace.

Zinder does not guarantee customer demand, request volume, customer conduct, Provider income, service outcomes, vehicle condition, parts, workmanship, or the accuracy of information supplied by users.

20. Indemnification

The Provider is responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Provider's services, personnel, legal violations, representations, customer-data misuse, taxes, or breach of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different forum, legal proceedings relating to this Agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas.

22. Electronic Acceptance and Records

The Provider agrees that electronic acceptance, checkboxes, buttons, and electronic records may be used to form and maintain this Agreement.

Zinder may retain the Agreement version, acceptance date and time, account identifier, IP address, device or browser information, and related evidence of acceptance.

23. Changes to This Agreement

Zinder may update this Agreement.

Zinder will provide notice of material changes as required, and may require Providers to review and accept an updated version.

The current effective date and version should appear at the top of the page.
